How do I change my shipping address?

Please send an email with a request to your contact from our sales team. You can also find all relevant information in the header of our store. You can also store a new delivery address under "My Dashboard".

How do I change my contact details?

Open "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen. Navigate to "Personal Details." Here you can customize all your data. Please note that some fields are required to be filled in. All fields with a red star must be filled out correctly.

How can I change my email address?

Open "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen. Navigate to "Personal Details".

How do I change the name of my company?

Please send an email with a request to your contact from our sales team. You can also find all relevant information in the header of our store.

How do I delete my account?

Please send an email with your request to your contact from our sales team. You will also find all relevant information in the header of our store.

How do I change my password?

Open "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen. Navigate to "Password". Here you can change your password.

 

How can I resolve error messages with my CMN?

If you experience any problems with your CMN during the ordering process, please contact your sales representative. This is located in your dashboard.

How do I delete an item from my list?

Open "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen.  Go to "My Lists." Select the list in question and delete an item by clicking the "X" at the top left of the item's field.


How do I add an item to my list?

At the end of a configuration, you can choose to add an item to your shopping cart or to one of your favorites lists. Click on the arrow next to the text and select the appropriate list.

What can I do in case of error messages during my registration?


If there are any difficulties during your registration in the store, please contact the person shown above or use the chat window.
 

Products & Orders

How do I find the right product for my application?

If you are looking for rolls, you can use our roll finder. With the help of the Roll Finder you can narrow down your search by specifying important parameters. In addition, you can use the filter options on the Product Selection Page to further tailor your reel to your needs.

In the future, you will also be able to configure Drum Motors Best to your application using our Belt Drive Matchmaker.


What are the different drum motor series?

We now also offer different series of drum motors. The standard series ,,DM" which you can use to build your individual conveyor systems, the ,,DL" series which is mainly designed for lighter applications, the ,,DP" series for pallet conveyor systems and the Idler.

How do I configure a roller?

1. unfold the menu of conveyor rollers in the upper part of the webshop and select the desired roller series you want to configure.

You will then be directed to the Product Selection Page.

2. Here you can narrow down the properties of the roller using the filter option.

Once you have found your desired role, you can now click on "Configure".

3. In the configuration of the role, fill in all the necessary fields of the individual parameters. When you have successfully completed this, a green check mark will appear.

4. If you are satisfied with your configuration, click on "Add to shopping cart". Your configuration process is now complete.

How do I configure a drum motor?

1. In the upper area of the Interroll online store, expand the drop-down menu of the ,,Drum motors & Idler" and select the desired drum motor.

2. Then click on "Configure" on the Product Detail Page of the selected drum motor.

3. Fill in all the necessary fields of each parameter in the configuration. If you need help, click the I button.

4. When you have filled in all the parameters and the green tick appears, you have successfully completed the configuration. Now continue by adding your drum motor to the shopping cart.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Interroll products are not available off the shelf. Each product is configured exactly to the customer's needs, and with our easy-to-use online configurators, customers can even do this themselves. This means that an order can only be cancelled before it is scheduled for production.


Can I change my order after it has been placed?

It is only possible to make a change before the order is placed, as all our products are configured to the needs of our customers and can only be cancelled before production.

How long does express delivery take?

In case of express delivery, it is recommended to place the order online. This will save at least one extra day of order processing. Quick deliveries are handled in production with special KPIs.

What is the Quick Order tool?

This tool allows you to speed up your order using your customer material number. You can find this tool in the upper right section of the welcome page. All you have to do is enter the material number of the product and your customer material number. This can be done for up to 25 products.

Additionally, for larger orders it is possible to upload a file, e.g. an Excel list, which contains the material numbers of the desired products. Once you have entered the desired material numbers, you can add the products to the shopping cart. 

 

Can I specify a desired delivery date for my order?

The selection of a delivery date is freely selectable during the checkout process.
You can specify this under step 4 (delivery date).

Why is my application not displayed in the filter?

Technical know-how is required to select the correct parameters for the various properties.

In the store and on the Interroll website you will find a variety of tutorials and use cases to assist you. For most configuration details, simply click on the "i" button for assistance.

What diameter do I need?

The diameter you need depends on your payload requirements. Tables can be found in the catalog links.

Why does no product fit my requirements?

Interroll Rollers offer a wide range of different configuration options. If a roll does not fit, it means that it cannot be manufactured the way you want it.

Most likely you have made a mistake in setting one of the parameters. In this case, please contact the specified person.

Why are there several results for my selection?

Sometimes it happens that not all parameters are set correctly and you get several results. In this case, we recommend using the product comparison to see the differences and select the right product.

 

Can I use a price filter?

The idea of this store is to give you a possibility to make an instant offer for the products that you have configured exactly according to your needs.

We do not offer off-the-shelf products. If you have options in certain parameter settings, one idea would be to configure different settings and save them in a list. Then you can add the product with the optimal parameter/price ratio to the shopping cart.

Can I filter by material?

Tube, shaft and bearing can be filtered by material.
